Vaccination advice
Based on our vaccination program Viavac® we advise you about necessary vaccinations you need for your trip or which standard vaccinations you still have to do based on your vaccination booklet.
Service
You will receive individualized vaccination recommendations:
- A review of your immunizations and your current immunization needs, identifying missing immunizations (number of doses, immunization intervals) for all diseases that can be prevented by immunization.
- Consideration of individual factors - such as immunity already acquired through disease, which makes vaccination unnecessary, or absence of any risk (no travel/risk-free lifestyle).
- Establish a vaccination catch-up schedule that takes into account upcoming vaccinations with vaccines currently available in Switzerland.
This facilitates the search for suitable vaccines and reduces the injections to a minimum (combined vaccinations).
- The possibility of printing the vaccination booklet at any time with all vaccinations already received and future vaccinations, whenever this is necessary.

- For the trip: the existing vaccination protection is checked 4-6 weeks before the start of the trip and any necessary booster vaccinations or completion of the basic vaccinations is recorded. Furthermore, the necessity of vaccinations that are obligatory for entry is checked, as well as indication vaccinations, which are based on the epidemiological situation at the destination, the purpose of the stay (E.g. visit to the local population), the travel style (business trip, beach vacation, trekking), the duration of the trip and the time available until departure.
The vaccination consultation takes about 15-20 minutes and costs Fr. 20.50.

Wound care
Our services also include wound care and dressing changes.
We distinguish between wound care:
Small wound care
- E.g. treatment of abrasions, splinters (cracks), bruises, small burns, and similar with a time expenditure up to 10 min.
Price: Fr. 10.80
Large wound care
- E.g. treatment of cuts, lacerations, tick removal and similar with a time expenditure up to 20 min.
Price: Fr. 19.80
Dressing change
- E.g. change of a dressing according to the instructions of a physician or a wound specialist. The material for the dressing change is charged separately and is usually covered by the health insurance. Time required up to 10 min.
Price: Fr. 10.80. Advance booking desired.
Incontinence advice
Do you have problems with urine or stool retention?
We can help you in a discreet conversation in the consultation room and find an optimal solution for you with the goal that you feel safe in public again. Contact our professional team.

Measuring compression stockings
Do you need compression stockings or aids made to measure? In our consultation room, a lady or gentleman will measure your body mass, which we need for your personal compression stockings or bandages. Please remember to come to our pharmacy for compression stockings not too long after getting up in the morning to avoid that your legs are already swollen. This way you have the best chance that your stockings fit perfectly.
This consultation is free of charge.
Morning after pill clarification
Are you concerned that you could become pregnant after sexual intercourse because your protective measures were not sufficient? We can help you in our discreet consultation room by means of a conversation and provide a "morning after pill" if needed.
CHF 20. is charged for the clarification, plus the price of the medication.
Advice on contraceptive methods
Do you want a suitable contraceptive method? We can show you physical, chemical or hormonal contraceptive options and explain the pros and cons.
This consultation is free of charge.
Counseling during pregnancy
Do you have health complaints during pregnancy or questions about medication?
We can advise you and show you which medications are allowed during pregnancy and which are dangerous.
This consultation is free of charge.
Smoking cessation counseling (smoking counseling)
Has the time come for you to stop smoking, but you have not yet dared to take the step to implement it? In our pharmacy we can show you the various options for quitting smoking. This consultation is free of charge.
If you would like a longer consultation, in which we take 15-20 minutes for you in our consultation room, this costs CHF 39. Advance booking is desired.
Fill medication weekly doset
If you take several medications a day, a weekly dose is a great help for everyday life. You can easily take your medication at four different times of the day (in the morning, at noon, in the evening and before sleeping) on 7 days of the week and you can also check whether you have forgotten your medication or not. We offer you to prepare your medications for you in the dosette on a weekly basis. You can come to our pharmacy once a week and pick up your filled dosette, or we can bring it to your home (free delivery).
The weekly dosette filling costs Fr. 21.60 (incl. delivery if required). The health insurance covers these costs if you have to take three or more medications prescribed by your doctor every day.
Medication blister
A medicine blister is a package for regular intake of medicines and food supplements for permanent patients. The tablets, capsules and dragées are prepared by machine according to the specifications of our pharmacy. The medicines that have to be taken at the same time are packed in a bag. Each bag is labeled with: Patient's name, time of taking, type and quantity, as well as a visual description of the tablets. The time of taking the medication can be freely defined and any number of pouches per day can be created.
The medication blister costs Fr. 21.60 per week (incl. delivery if required). The health insurance covers these costs if you have to take three or more medications prescribed by your doctor every day.
